What is the typical timeframe to achieve my fitness goals?Our Online packages are crafted to help you achieve your desired results swiftly. While some clients see results within a month, a more realistic timeframe is around 12 weeks, which is the average duration for most of our clients to reach their goals.

What if I am not local?One of the great things about Health Hut's Online Training is that you can take the training app anywhere you want with a WiFi/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere in the world - in your home, in a hotel, in your local gym or even in a park!

HHUK Mobile Training AppUsing Health Hut's integrated online training Mobile App you can record your progress pictures, weight and measurements. With your permission I can link your Nutrition tracking app, My Fitness Pal is a great one and it is free! I then have a week by week boost, and also I can spot any changes, adjustments that need to be made early on. Where can I find exercise videos for guidance?If you missed any key information during your 1-2-1 PT session, don't worry. You have full access to my private video library, which provides step-by-step instructions on how to perform each exercise correctly. This ensures that incorrect form becomes a thing of the past.

Accountability CoachAccountability coaching is a specific way for a person to reach their unique goals whilst having a guided built-in support system available to you daily , holding you to your choices and actions and encouraging you to keep moving toward your best self. This means that I will be checking in on your non - PT days to make sure you are progressing nicely, and you have all you need to stay focused. You get out what you put in :) I am here to make sure that happens.

A Truly custom exercise programme tailored for You!
This includes scheduled workouts, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions. You will complete my detailed assessment and appraisal forms where I learn not just the hard facts of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also seek to understand exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique goals.
Every workout for the period is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions and rest intervals. This way I can accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part. If you are not sure about the correct form then don’t worry, I have a video attached for each exercise.
Direct Access to Your Personal Trainer
This unique offering is the same as me training you in person with one very important difference - You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of my one to one in personal training you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Anything less and you will be wasting your money and my time.
I will be checking in with you regularly, to see how you are doing and will be available for scheduled skype/telephone calls for anything you may not understand or want to change or improve on. IM is also available on the go.
